Wear Ya' Wellies for a

Worthy Cause! 

Red Tree Foundation and SIDS and Kids SA is launching their latest fundraising Campaign this winter....."Wear Ya' Wellies" and we would love YOU to be involved!

This simple but powerful gesture between June 15th and July 15th is all about showing support, raising awareness, and helping fund the incredible work of the Red Tree Foundation, which stands beside parents navigating the unimaginable loss of a child, and SIDS and Kids SA which educates new parents carers and educational settings how to safely sleep infants.  

The "Wear Ya' Wellies" Campaign is the perfect eduational platform to assist young children with their understanding of the 'BIG' feelings such as sadness, loss and grief.  It breaks down the stigmas around grief and helps children understand;

• Grief - Who? What? Where? When? and Why?
• Puddle Jumping - What does this mean in grief?
• Feelings - What is 'normal'?
• Awareness - How to help others who may be grieving the loss of someone they love.

The "Wear Ya' Wellies" Campaign is a perfect way to collaborate the health and wellbeing curriculum with an activity that provides meaning and most importantly........ loads of FUN!

It's easy! The first step is to make sure you have downloaded the Fundraising Starter Kit!

✨ Wear your Wellies and donate on a date that suits you between June 15th & July 15th.

✨ Fundraise using one of the ideas from our 'Fundraising Kit'.                  

✨ Share a photo with #WearYaWellies or email; office@redtreefoundation.org.au

✨ Read a Story about 'Puddle Jumping' and help children to understand what GRIEF is.

Even the smallest splash can create powerful ripples of hope. 💚  Every step you take in your wellies helps provide comfort, connection, and care for those who need it most. Because grief shouldn't be faced alone.

Let’s turn 'muddy boots' into meaningful action.
