| Khoren Nasibyan Managing Partner, GRATA International Armenia Attorney at Law Khoren Nasibyan is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in contract law, labor relations, IT and telecommunications law, and dispute resolution. Before joining GRATA International, he served as Legal Director of a major mining company in Armenia (2019–2022), where he was also responsible for contract management. From 2008 to 2018, he led the legal department of the Armenian branch of a major Russian telecommunications company. | Irakli Kordzakhia Partner GRATA International Georgia Irakli Kordzakhia has been a partner of GRATA International Georgia since its establishment. He is a member of the Ethics Commission of the Georgian Bar Association, an accredited mediator at Tbilisi City Court, and serves on the boards of two of Georgia’s leading arbitration institutions. Prior to his private practice, Irakli led the legal department of a Georgian commercial bank.
