Khoren Nasibyan

Khoren Nasibyan is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in contract law, labor relations, IT and telecommunications law, and dispute resolution.

Before joining GRATA International, he served as Legal Director of a major mining company in Armenia (2019–2022), where he was also responsible for contract management. From 2008 to 2018, he led the legal department of the Armenian branch of a major Russian telecommunications company.

Khoren’s expertise spans multiple sectors, including mining, telecommunications, banking, pharmaceuticals, and retail. He also has significant litigation experience in Armenian and Russian courts.

Irakli Kordzakhia

Irakli Kordzakhia has been a partner of GRATA International Georgia since its establishment. He is a member of the Ethics Commission of the Georgian Bar Association, an accredited mediator at Tbilisi City Court, and serves on the boards of two of Georgia’s leading arbitration institutions.

Prior to his private practice, Irakli led the legal department of a Georgian commercial bank. His core areas of expertise include commercial litigation and arbitration, infrastructure projects, corporate law, and M&A.

He has also served as a local legal expert in internationally funded projects, contributing to legislative initiatives in financial leasing and infrastructure policy.

Sofia Roinishvili
Partner GRATA International Georgia 

Sofia Roinishvili has been with GRATA International Georgia since 2007. Prior to joining the firm, she gained over seven years of experience as a tax consultant at a local audit firm and the Georgian office of one of the Big Four accounting companies.

Her practice focuses on tax consulting, tax and commercial disputes, and commercial transactions.

Sofia is fluent in Georgian, English, and Russian.
