Dear Exhibitor,

We're excited to announce that Cadence will be present to film Bike Fest Paarl! In addition we have brought in photographers and drone operators to make sure we record every aspect of the festival.

We have therefore decided to offer vendors the opportunity to maximise their exposure by purchasing additional advertising space.

The following options are available with immediate effect on a first come, first served basis:

1. 100 Meters on the dam wall that all visitors will face (behind the stage). Allowed are feather banners, tear drops and harp banners that can be secured in the ground.
2. 40 Meters at the entry to the expo. Available options are fence wraps and banners. These need to adequately cover the fence that is roughly 2 meters high and 3 meters wide per segment.
3. 200 Meters of fencing at the start / finish line. This section is 1.2 meters high and sections are allocated in 3 meter blocks.

Please see the map below for an indication of the relevant options. Keep in mind the only entry and exit to the expo and races is at the right top of the parking area at the left bottom of the image.

Costs

• Start / finish speed fencing at R250/day per 3m/banner.
• Feather and teardrop / harp banners on dam wall at R1000/day per 5m stretch.
• The expo area fencing next to expo entrance and parking lot 1 at R550 / day per fence segment (3m wide x 2m high)
