Tariffs, what we know

... or think we know.

After a few months of threats and delays we now know what tariffs are applied to Canadian products, and how it will affect our industry... maybe. The good news: other than some tariffs on steel and aluminium, cars/car parts, and potash, things are staying the same as usual. If you're curious, potash is potassium rich salts used to make fertilizer, Canada has the worlds largest supply.

Canadian Made Products

Items such as the MIDI Control Unit, keyboards, or the Console Control Computer for pipe organs, which are made in Canada and imported to the US, are not subject to any additional tariffs.

Viscount Products

Viscount products are manufactured and imported from Italy. Any unsold Viscount products currently in the US warehouse will not have any additional tariffs applied to them. Any new product imported over the next 90 days will have a small tariff increase (up to 10%). Currently, products from Italy have a 6% tariff, so prices may increase slightly. As to what may happen after 90 days, it's anybody's guess.

The Legend One 61/73 is the ultimate portable all-in-one keyboard created by Viscount International. A new shipment just arrived (April 9), so if you have one on order, you will get it shortly. This keyboard tends to sell quickly, we recommend pre-ordering to ensure you get one of the keyboards in the next shipment.

All in one 3 manual stack pre-configured and ready to connect to any VPO. The CMJK-6 is fully USB powered, with 20 lighted pistons per manual. The CMK-6 is now in stock, however we sold most of the first batch and have a limited quantity in stock. We have quite a few pre-orders, so get in line now. More are on order from Fatar.

CMK-3B

The CMK-3B is a professional quality manual available in white, cherry, or ebony. They are sold individually, so you can purchase as many as you want. You may add more later. The piston rails are also ordered individually and come with 0 to 24 pistons. We are out of stock on the white CMK-3B keyboards, but we do have cherry and ebony in stock. We expect to have more white in early July.
