It's Friday! Which means there are four things I'd like to share with you. I would love to hear your thoughts and comments, so feel free to reply directly to this email (I respond to every email I receive). Without further ado, here are four succinct, useful, and excellent thoughts from this week:

What I'm reading - In Peter Thiel's book Zero to One, he reveals what he believes is the single best interview question you can ask someone. His reasoningand the question's very own life implicationsreally made me ponder deeply. Check out his question and thoughtful rationale behind it here.

What I'm watching - After their Week 7 game against the Rams, Detroit Lions player Derrick Barnes ran up to Rams player Andrew Whitworth on the field after the game. Although Whitworth didn't know who he was, Barnes shared a story with him about how much of an impact he had on his life. What an incredible story!

What I'm learning - Asking for help is one of the most underrated choices we make. I'm learning that the people who aren't afraid to ask for help are the same people who make it to the top. Don't let your pride prevent you from getting the guidance you need and deserve.

What I'm writing - You have one of these two types of talent. Which one is it?
