I've been dreaming up something beautiful and intimate and I want to give you a heads up before I share it with my larger audience tomorrow. 

In the midst of uncertainty, here’s what I know to be true: Beauty, self-care, connection, and creative expression are lifelines back to resilience and joy. 

This is why we gather in FREE FLO, and this is why I created ART SPA — a cozy, care-centered, creativity-boosting retreat sanctuary — petite in size, profound in impact! 

Held in my beautiful light-filled Portland studio and adjacent Airbnbs, ART SPA is a place to pause, breathe, move, tend, and create in the luminous company of kindred spirits. With only six participants, this experience is small by design so everyone feels truly seen, heard, and nurtured with personalized attention, deep connection, and abundant care.
