Hello, Loves, 

As we head into the still and dark days leading up to the Solstice, I feel a bit teary with gratitude. 

Each year seems to carry a unique signature and trust me, I've had a few doozies in recent years. That said, it feels important to celebrate that, for me, 2024 was infused with adventure, inspiration, and deepening connections. 

Looking back, these moments stand out...

• My first official art residency in beautiful Santa Fe
• A magical trip to the Sacred Valley in Peru
• A month of falling in love with Portugal, while also falling in love IN Portugal ;-) 
• Learning Portuguese
• Growing a bountiful garden 
• Reconnecting, repairing, and deepening friendships
• Returning to lead retreats with renewed inspiration + a fresh curriculum
• Turning 50 with my girlfriends in Greece
• Continuing to guide my FREE FLO community with commitment and love
• Getting stronger and stronger by lifting weights twice a week
• Having many creative breakthroughs!

It's been a BIG and beautiful year, and I want to thank you for following along with me.

Thank you for opening these emails! Thank you for reading and sharing my books. Thank you for writing sweet notes of encouragement. Thank you for taking my courses, hanging my paintings in your sweet homes, and gathering with me for the most heart-warming retreats. Thank you for sending me dog memes and playlists and pictures of things that remind you of me. Thank you for making my FREE FLO community my favorite place on the internet. Thank you for navigating this wild adventure of being alive with me. 

Most importantly, thank you for feeding your creative spirit and for allowing that nourishment to ripple out into the world around you. 

I hold a deep belief that in this increasingly divided and overly digitalized world, our creative work is the heartbeat of humanity.

To end the year on a soulful and nourishing note, I'm happy to invite you to join me and a truly inspiring group of guides for a free online retreat experience called, Woman Unleashed. 

This is an online retreat you can do at home, in your jammies, around your schedule, and it’s totally free. There are sessions on collage, painting, meditation, dance, yoga, and breathwork, as well as mini-workshops on everything from detoxification to finances.
