MY FAVORITE SIMPLE DRAWING PRACTICE I made the four little drawings above by using this practice. They each took just a few minutes, and it goes like this: I close my eyes and connect to my breath and body. Then I make slow marks across the page - feeling not thinking. When I open my eyes, I add lines to pull it all together. It's such a simple and satisfying practice. I have hundreds of these! I hope you'll try it. NATURE TIME Connecting with nature is always such a balm for the soul, so I've been seeking it out daily. Yesterday, Pearl and I went on a little adventure to the Oregon coast, and last weekend I made Fall bouquets from the plants on the land where I live. Both experiences took a bit of effort, but they really reset my energy. Worth it! SUPPORTIVE ART COURSES Finally, I want to remind you that there are only twelve hours leftΒ to get the generousΒ Art Bundle For Good which offers over $4000 of supportive creative courses for just $99. All courses come with at least a year of access and many come with access for life. I've included a two-hour painting class this year.
