FINANCIAL LITERACY

The Most Powerful Lesson on Investing I’ve Shared Yet

When it comes to investing, time is your greatest ally—especially when building wealth for retirement. Let me illustrate this with a tale of two investors: Emma and Sarah.

Emma starts early. She invests $400 per month for 10 years, from ages 25 to 35. After that, she stops contributing but leaves her investments to grow untouched until retirement. Her total contributions? $44,000.

Sarah, on the other hand, starts at age 35. She invests $400 per month consistently until retirement. Over time, she contributes a total of $144,000—three times as much as Emma.

At retirement, here’s the result:

  • Emma: $800,259
  • Sarah: $596,144

Despite investing far less, Emma ends up with over $200,000 more than Sarah, all because she started 10 years earlier.

The takeaway? The earlier you start investing, the more time your money has to grow through the power of compounding. 🌱

Start now—your future self will thank you!

BEYOND FINANCE

The Power of Doing Parasites Cleansing

Did you know that globally there are over 300 species of parasitic worms and 70 species of protozoa are known to infect humans. In any individual person, the number of parasites depends on exposure. It's possible to host several types at once.

Twice a year I do a full two weeks of parasites cleansing with natural remedies.

Parasite cleansing can be important for maintaining overall health and well-being, especially if there's a possibility of parasitic infections.

Here's why it might be considered beneficial:

Eliminates Parasitic Infections
Improves Nutrient Absorption
Supports Digestive Health
Boosts Immune Function
Reduces Toxin
Prevents Chronic Conditions
