Hi from CΓ©cile!

Let's face it: change is not going anywhere.

It's here to stay. Are you here to stay as a leader?

Making an impact depends on your change-readiness.

But hear me out: it's easier to talk about change and how to adapt to it than to take intentional action.

Do you know that research has shown that when you talk about something a lot conditions your mind to believe that you actually do it?

It's an illusion. Keep shy from it.

Remember that doing and talking fight for the same resources: your time, energy, focus, and attention.

Your change-readiness checklist

    Opt for intention and action.

In a world where change is the only constant, the ability to adapt isn’t just a nice-to-have; it’s essential for survival and success.

Here's how you can step up and ensure you’re not just reacting to change but graciously leading yourself and your team through it.

    - Shift your mindset. Challenges and adversity are opportunities, not obstacles. Approach change with curiosity and openness to set the tone.

    - Communicate transparently. Sending memos and hosting meetings are good, but you need more than that. Foster an environment where dialogue is encouraged.

    - Foster collaboration. Break down the silos and empower your team members to collaborate effectively. When diverse perspectives come together, innovation flourishes.

    - Invest in continuous learning. Change requires being always up to date and adequately skilled to navigate it. Consider investing in meta-skills (i.e., learning how to learn new skills effectively).

    - Lead by example. Embody and anticipate change (instead of fearing it). Humanise your leadership by showing your team how it's done and sharing your own experiences with change (both positive and negative ones).

    Above all, embrace vulnerability.

Neither you nor your team will be able to navigate any change successfully.

And that's OK. Becoming change-ready is an ongoing process.

You build resilience and mental fitness step by step, day by day.

If you, as a leader, team, or whole organisation, need support with effective communication, resilience and mental fitness, let’s talk.

How you can benefit from the ONE Model

    Perfection or progress?

Are you striving for perfection as a leader but failing to make real progress?

That’s a paradox. Perfection should be about excellence and progress.

It’s not.Β Striving for perfection may be desirable, but it often leads to anxiety, burnout, and ultimately stagnation.

Here are 5 proven ways to embrace progress and growth (instead of mindlessly aiming for perfection)

      Mark his words!

Famous writer Mark Twain once said, "There's nothing in the world like a persuasive speech to fuddle the mental apparatus."
