This may sound cliche. Everyone says, “Know yourself!” or “Be authentic!”.

Hear me now.

What about communication? That advice usually applies on the individual level.

But what about communicating with your team, boss, or stakeholders as a leader?

There's one crucial factor for communicating with clarity, respect, empathy and confidence, like a true leader.

So, what is that factor? What is the one fundamental building block of effective and impactful communication?

Self-awareness

You may know it’s about exploring how you behave and why you do so.

Are you also aware that self-awareness can facilitate your communication as a leader?

By identifying to which Colour Energy you belong, you can understand yourself and others better and make the most of your relationships with them.
