New Silver One Class

Thank you to all the families who came out for the assessment days. We had many swimmers assess at the Silver One level and so we have found a way to open a new Silver One class. The new class is labelled as Class B below. Both Silver One classes are the same level and one is not more difficult that the other. 

• Gold - Tue 5:00pm @ RA + Fri 5:45pm @ RA 
• Silver Two - Tue 3:45pm @ RA + Thu 6:45pm @ HJ 
• Silver One (Class A) - Tue 3:45pm @ RA + Thu 5:00pm @ RA 
• Silver One (Class B) - Fri 5:45pm @ RA + Sun 10:30am @ HJ
• Bronze - Fri 4:45pm @ RA

First classes start after Thanksgiving on October 10th and go until the Fall Mini Meet on December 17th. There are no classes on Halloween.

"Can I switch from Silver One Class A to Class B?"

If you are registered for Silver One Class A already and you want to switch to Class B we can accommodate this if you let us know by reply email no later than Thursday evening. Please send us an email and we will make the move. 

Registration & Open Spaces

A reminder that registration for new members opens this Friday. Below is the current availability to our classes for new members:

• Gold - 5 spots available. Registration Open Fri @ 10am
• Silver Two - 6 spots available. Registration Open Fri @ 10:20am
• Silver One (Class A) - Full, waitlist available. Registration Open Fri @ 10:40am
• Silver One (Class B) - 8 spots available. Registration Open Fri @ 10:40am
• Bronze - 8 sports available. Registration Open Fri @ 11:00am

"Help! The class I want to register for is full!"

If you are invited to a class but that class is full, it is okay to register down a level. For example, if you are invited to Silver 1, but all the classes are full you can register for a Bronze class. If you want to register up a level, for example Silver 1 to Silver 2, we might be able to accommodate you but please contact Coach George first for permission.

Registration Confirmation

Please note that your registration is not confirmed until we receive your e-transfer payment in full. Please submit your payment promptly after completing your registration to secure your spot.

New Aesthetics for our Registration Website

We have been updating our website and you may notice some aesthetic upgrades to our registration home page. The process of registration should be the same as the past however, if you do you run into issues please send us an email and we will try and resolve the issue. 

Late Assessments

If you missed our assessment periods, there is still some limited opportunities to be assessed. See our assessment schedule to view the available times.

Assessment Results

Once your child has been assessed, you will receive a mini report card with an invitation to register for a specific level. You can also view this invitation on our invitation list here. With this invitation you can continue the registration process by registering for the class you have been invited to.
