Individuals who have been taught and mentored in menstrual health advocacy will have an advantage when it comes to promoting menstrual health management practices in schools and communities. Such training and mentoring can provide individuals with the knowledge and skills they need to effectively engage with various stakeholders, such as policymakers, teachers, parents, and community members. Learning and being mentored can also assist individuals in developing effective communication strategies and navigating cultural and social hurdles that may impede menstrual health advocacy efforts. Overall, being trained and mentored in menstrual health advocacy can help individuals to become more effective advocates and to make a significant impact on the lives of those around them.
