Committee seeks more members 

A committee has been formed to plan the in-person Sydney Convention. We are after more members to help organise the event. The committee meets virtually and welcomes members from outside Sydney. If you are able to help, please email us at sydney2026@slaa.org.au.

Public Liability Insurance 2026- 2027

The Intergroup Public Liability Insurance covers in-person and virtual meetings based in Australia, as well as events.The Renewal Certificate for 2026-27 is now available. Some meeting venues require a copy a copy of each years renewal certificate.  

Another Zoom Meetings Safety Tip 

"Requiring Authentication" means attendees need to be logged into their Zoom account before joining the meeting. This acts a deterrent to disruptors who, when Removed and Reported, are more easily able to be identified by Zoom. 

Activate this feature in the security settings of your meeting's zoom account.
