We are excited to welcome you to Henley Rugby Club on race day. To access all of the necessary race day information, kindly follow the links provided in this email. While all the event information is on the pre race information please read carefully the parking information below:
The Event Village is based inside Henley Rugby Club, Dry Leas, Marlow Rd, Henley-on-Thames RG9 2JA View the event location here: Henley Rugby Club The Event Village, registration and start/finish area are just inside the Rugby Club: you will be guided in by marshals who can help point you in the right direction. There are 2 car parking areas on the day, please follow the car parking signs on approach to guide you to the car parks. The first car park is located at the Event Village, once this fills up there is a second overflow car park at Fawley meadows, Henley-on-Thames, RG9 2NA. Road closures are in place from 09:00 on race day so you need to have arrived before 09:00 in order to access the event car parks. Car parks will be open from 07:15 on race day so please arrive early. Note that if you are in the overflow car park the walk is around 20 minutes to the event village. Please be aware that these opening times are fixed because of road closures, so if you miss the window you would have to park in Henley and walk from there. Good luck on the day!
