Participants can look forward to a stunning route featuring a half marathon, 10K, 5K and the Family Mile, with the majority of the course set on the iconic Silverstone track. Known for its extremely flat terrain, this is a fantastic opportunity to chase your personal bests!

Taper Advice from Runna

We caught up with Ben Parker, Head Coach at Runna, to get some advice going into the final few weeks of training. Here is what he had to say.

"Less than a month to go! Good luck for the last hard week or two of training and then depending on your distance, you'll want to start thinking about tapering. Really think about stacking as many of the 1%s as you can, try think about getting good consistent sleep, do your mobility and strength work and fuel your body well for this final month of training! Good luck!"
