The One in the Park - Hyde - Postponement

Dear all,

It is with regret that we must announce the postponement of our scheduled event in Hyde Park, originally planned for October 22nd.

Today, we received news from the Hyde Park events team that the Winter Wonderland build schedule has been rescheduled. Consequently, we will no longer have access to the following areas within the park:

1. The Bandstand
2. Parade Ground
3. North Carriage Drive
4. Main Street
5. Upper footpath of the Serpentine Road

Given that our planned route and event village are located within these affected areas, we find ourselves unable to proceed with the event as scheduled.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but please understand that this situation is entirely beyond our control.

What happens to my entry? 

Your registration has been automatically shifted to the updated date of Sunday, February 25th, 2024.

If this change works for you, no further action is required on your part. Although you won't receive a fresh confirmation email, we will reach out again approximately two weeks before the rescheduled date.

If this new date does not suit your preferences, we are prepared to provide you with two alternative options: you can either defer your registration to another one of our events or request a refund.
