Chanhassen Fireside Theatre January, 2022

Hello All,

I'm squeezing in one last newsletter to you all just as the year ends.  I had another fantastic year playing music for so many people with my main groups Marv & Kaat and Songs of the South.  I'm so thankful for all of the support that you gave us this year and I'm looking forward to an even better 2025.  We're planning lots of special things which I will let you know about in future newsletters as the year progresses .

The picture above is from the Songs of the South-Alabama Tribute Show's first time ever playing the Chanhassen Fireside Theatre back in January 2022.  The show was a great success and we've been playing the room every January since then.  Last year's two shows sold out.  Our two shows for 2025 come up this weekend, January 3rd and 4th at 7:30 pm.  Get your tickets now before they sell out at:   https://chanhassendt.com/shows/alabama/   

Marv & Kaat has a relatively light schedule this month.  This will allow us time to get more recording done on my planned solo album release and future Kaatwalk single releases.  I'm also working on editing some video recordings to put up on YouTube and other social media.  We will also be auditioning drummers for future full band shows with Marv & Kaat and Kaatwalk bands.

Marv & Kaat has out of town shows in Hutchinson, Rochester and Cannon Falls in January. Our only in town show for January will be back at the 620 Club in St. Paul on 7th Street. We've played a couple shows there now in the past couple months and It is becoming our new favorite place to play.  The audience there has been so engaging and fired up that it just brings out the best in us.  Come check out this very fun and intimate venue January 11, 8:00 pm-midnight.
