Subject: Application Status for the PSBIM Exam (March 1, 2026)

 

Dear Dr. ,

 

This is in reference to your application for the upcoming Philippine Specialty Board of Internal Medicine (PSBIM) Examination scheduled for March 1, 2026.

 

Upon review of our records, we have noted that while your online application form has been successfully completed, the Board has not received the required supporting documents as of the mandated deadline of January 15, 2026.

 

Please be informed that the period for application and the submission of requirements has now officially concluded.

 

Immediate Action Required

  • Confirmation of Non-Submission: Please confirm if you did not submit the necessary documents prior to the set deadline.
  • Proof of Submission: If you believe you have submitted your requirements before the deadline, please provide the Tracking Number found on your Submission Confirmation Email for our immediate verification.
  • Removal from Applicant List and ExamSoft: Please be informed that upon confirmation of non-submission, or failure to provide proof of timely submission, your name will be removed from the official list of applicants and enrolled examinees in the Examsoft for the March 2026 examination.

 

Kindly reply to this notice within forty-eight (48) hours to finalize the status of your application. Failure to respond will result in the forfeiture of your application for this exam cycle.
