💎 Have you already found your “Philosopher's Stone” for transforming business processes?

☝️ Participants of the "Alchemy Laboratory" event know exactly how to make a competitive advantage out of the process.
In particular, during the business simulation game, the participants learned about:
✔️ What mistakes do we make when building processes?
✔️ What to do to find ways to improve them?
✔️ How to increase competitiveness in an operational way?
✔️ How to become an exception to the rule in a world of unreliability?
🤞🔥 We wish all "alchemists" to apply a new understanding of processes in practice!
🔝 Thanks to our teacher Sergey Gvozdiov for hosting the event and an interesting experience!
