Student Opportunities Is Taking a Summer Break

This is a reminder that today’s issue is the last edition of the Student Opportunities Digest before the summer break. Over the summer, we will be updating the digest’s format and design and look forward to returning at the end of August with new ideas and opportunities for the KSE student community.

While the digest is on pause, all vacancies, internships, practical training opportunities, events, and other opportunities for students will continue to be shared in the #student-development and on the Student Development Office Career Page.

If you would like to share an opportunity with KSE students, you are welcome to use our updated content submission form. You can submit vacancies, internships, practical training opportunities, events, scholarships, competitions, and other initiatives that may be relevant to the student community.

Thank you for being with us throughout this academic year. See you again at the end of August!

KSE University will become one of the hosts of the Southeastern European Regional Contest (SEERC) 2026, one of the world's most prestigious student programming competitions.

SEERC is the regional round of the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC), where teams compete for a place in the World Finals. In 2026, the contest will take place simultaneously in Thessaloniki, Greece, and Kyiv, Ukraine, with KSE University serving as one of the host sites.

Hosting SEERC in Ukraine recognizes the country's strong competitive programming tradition and KSE's contribution to the development of technology education.

This is a reminder that applications for the Buddy Program are still open.

Buddies are senior students who help first-year students adapt to university life, navigate KSE services, and become part of the KSE community.

Joining the program is an opportunity to develop your leadership and communication skills, connect with students from different programs, contribute to the first-year experience, and receive grant activity credit.
