✨ KSE has launched a COIL project: “Rethinking Leadership in the Digital Age.”

Students of the Business Economics program are taking part in an international COIL project within the “Strategic Management” course. Over the next 5 weeks, they will collaborate with students from Switzerland and Italy in a simulation where they will act as company leaders and solve complex organizational challenges.

📌The project allows participants to experience how cultural differences and working under pressure shape leadership and decision-making — a true competitive advantage, as Peter Drucker famously noted.
