โœจ KSE has launched a COIL project: โ€œRethinking Leadership in the Digital Age.โ€

Students of the Business Economics program are taking part in an international COIL project within the โ€œStrategic Managementโ€ course. Over the next 5 weeks, they will collaborate with students from Switzerland and Italy in a simulation where they will act as company leaders and solve complex organizational challenges.

๐Ÿ“ŒThe project allows participants to experience how cultural differences and working under pressure shape leadership and decision-making โ€” a true competitive advantage, as Peter Drucker famously noted.

We are proud of this collaboration and grateful to all partners who made it possible.
