Please save the date in your diary if you would like to join us for this year's special service where we take time out to remember and honour our babies and children who have died too soon. Forever in our hearts and not in our arms.

PLEASE SEND A DIGITAL IMAGE OF YOUR CHILD IF YOU WOULD LIKE THEIR IMAGE INCLUDED IN THE POWER POINT PRESENTATION.

We will provide details of location and afternoon tea once an RSVP has been received.
