Alumnus Manny Schvartzman: From FIU to Hamilton

Last week, our Musical Theatre forum welcomed Emmanuel "Manny" Schvartzman, a distinguished music alumnus (B.M., '09) and the Music Director for the Hamilton national tour with Philip Company.

Manny's journey through music has been awe-inspiring, marked by his roles in groundbreaking productions such as "On Your Feet" and his pivotal position in the cultural phenomenon that is "Hamilton."

During his visit, Manny generously shared insights into theatrical tour preparations, industry success strategies, memorable anecdotes from his own career, and reflections on his time at FIU. It was a truly invaluable opportunity for our students to glean wisdom from one of our own who has ascended to the top of his field.
