Living on earth is a mere struggle for survival and the person seeks for solutions to cope with misery. Musical gloom and lyrical landscapes of despair mirror each other.
Singer-guitarist Aleksi Mäkelä comments: "The album features sawing riffs, relentless shouting and torturous sections. However, you can also find acoustic guitar, female vocals and touching moments there. Fun fact in the album is that it has never been played as a band together. I wrote the songs using the Guitar Pro sheet music software and everyone practiced their own parts with it. Our second guitarist, Manu Kujala, was actually first met only when it was his turn to record his own parts. The Internet age is a wonderful time."
