Hailing from Ukraine, the Black Metal band Mørkt Tre is set to release their album "Зазирни за Обрій" under the label Darker than Black Records on the 14th of October, 2023. Crafted in the midst of challenging circumstances, the album encapsulates a myriad of emotions – it's cold, joyless, and sometimes melancholic, reflecting the turbulent times during its creation. Tragically, the lyricist, Yurii Ruf, passed away defending Ukraine, adding a deep layer of somberness and meaning to the work. The album, available in CD format, stands as a humble yet poignant tribute to old school Black Metal, embodying a sense of perseverance and the enduring spirit of creation even in times of adversity. |
