Paulo Beto elaborates on their creative process, "We try to use the same resources from this time, like an aesthetic quest, avoiding the production on a 100% computer environment." Their debut single, "Minha Voz, Minha Vez," not only showcases their unique sound, inspired by the Brazilian Concretist Movement's poetry, but also carries a theme of significant importance to the band. As Paulo Beto puts it, the song is about "fighting patriarchal oppression." PINK OPAKE's sound is an echo of their previous work and parallel bands such as Silver Blood, Primal Violence, Anvil FX, among others. The main difference lies in the unique creative combination brought by the duo. "This is the first launching of the project, but it is an echo of all related to our work and previous parallel bands," Paulo explains. The band hopes that their distinct sound will pique the interest of electronic rock fans who enjoy dancing. Beyond that, they seek to spark important conversations and challenge societal norms through their thought-provoking lyrics. Their debut single is a testament to their mission. "Minha Voz, Minha Vez," a synthesis of dissonant melodies and harmonies, pulsating rhythms, and non-obvious guitars, is an homage to the very best of Post-punk style.
