"Travellers" delves into the innate human need for exploration and discovery. According to drummer and orchestrator Jani Myllymäki, the song's theme reflects humanity's adventurous nature and the exciting adventures yet to come: «This single was written a few years ago, but the final structure of the song was formed when our singer, Pilvi, joined the band. The song is inspired by the human need to explore the world and universe, as well as the way human history is depicted in ancient artifacts such as hieroglyphs and cave paintings. The lyrics reflect the idea that humans have always been explorers and adventurers by nature, and there is still much to discover and explore. "The Travellers" is the first release from our current line-up, and it took us a surprising amount of time to complete. However, it was also an opportunity for us to develop a common way of working with new music, making the creation of the other tracks for our upcoming album much easier. With this release, we're defining our own sound, and I believe it's a step in the right direction. While I have a clear vision of where Satra's sound will develop, only time will tell what the future holds.»
