Finnish industrial groove metal band Resolution 13 is set to release their exhilarating new single "T-13" on April 20, 2023, through Sliptrick Records. The track, a precursor to the band's full-length album "Derelict" (due May 23), showcases their unique blend of sci-fi and metal, heavily inspired by the legendary "Terminator" franchise. "T-13" brings together the talents of vocalist Nico "Hardtone" Hartonen, guitarist Gábor Dancs, bassist Ilkka "I.T." Tanska, and drummer Marko "Dallas" Lehtinen. The band teamed up with Tero "Max" Kostermaa for production, and the track was mixed by Euge Valovirta (Cyhra) and mastered by Jacob Hansen (Cyhra, Volbeat, Amaranthe). Described as "Hans Zimmer meets metal," "T-13" features an epic, symphonic sound that transports listeners into the thrilling world of a prison planet escape, with killing machines relentlessly pursuing their targets. The track's lyrics follow the escapees as they are hunted by these relentless machines.
