Denver-based hard rock group, Li’l Hellraisers, is set to release their debut single "Fallen" (radio edit) on April 28, 2023. The single marks the first track to be released from their upcoming debut album, Tony Z’s Happy-Time Family Juke Box, which is tentatively set for release in Fall 2023. "Fallen" is a hard-hitting rock song in the vein of iconic bands like AC/DC, Mötley Crüe, and Poison. The track boasts a driving rhythm and powerful vocals reminiscent of Jason McMaster from Dangerous Toys fame. The single was recorded at Rusty Sun Audio in Parker, CO, with engineer Nick Nodurft at the helm. The track has a long history, having been written by Li'l Hellraisers founder and guitarist, Tony Z, in the Fall of 2004, during his high school days. Despite multiple attempts to record the track with various bands, it was shelved until Devoutcast bandmate, Alex Giebler, revived it in May 2012 and wrote lyrics for the track. Unfortunately, the other members of Devoutcast were not feeling the song, leading Tony to revive his old High School project, Immortal Sÿnn, to record a version of "Fallen" at Maximum Level Audio in Aurora, CO, in 2013. However, just as in the past, the rest of the group was not keen on the song, and it was shelved once again. Li’l Hellraisers began as a side project in 2016, giving Tony the opportunity to release songs on his own terms without the influence of others. The band's debut album, Tony Z’s Happy-Time Family Juke Box, will feature "Fallen," as well as other tracks originally written for Immortal Sÿnn, which will be released under the Li'l Hellraisers moniker. Tony Z's search for the perfect singer to give "Fallen" and the other tracks the final touch ended with Immortal Sÿnn's current singer, Duel Shape. Duel's vocal style and ability are a perfect match to finally give birth to "Fallen" and the other upcoming tracks, which were conceived so long ago but are finally coming to life. Fans of AC/DC, Mötley Crüe, Poison, Def Leppard, and Kix can expect Li'l Hellraisers' music to be a perfect blend of classic hard rock with a modern edge. |
