Content, in the context of marketing, is anything that you produce for an audience to consume. When you define content like this, it makes it easier to understand that everyone creates content. Your WhatsApp status, your tweets, IG posts, those secret snaps you don’t want mummy to see 😉. So, most people don’t actually have a problem with creating content; what they have a problem with is creating intentional content that serves a purpose and helps them. You see, when content is used properly, it becomes a tool that can get more people to pay attention to you, trust you, and even buy from you. In marketing speak, we call this the KLT factor.
