And in line with that, we’ll be talking about a vital part of the sales process. It’s a source of headache to almost every business owner, but if handled well, it could increase your sales by 10X or more. I’m talking about "Objections" As the name implies, objections are the concerns or doubts that your lead or the potential buyer has regarding purchasing your product or services. They are hurdles between you and that sweet, sweet credit alert that you desire. To successfully make a sale or close a deal, you need to handle objections well Usually, your lead's (potential buyer) objections come in the form of questions. Questions like "are you sure this would work", "how long until I get the results you’re promising", or “how do I know that you’re not a scam” help you identify your client's objections. I’ll talk about HOW to handle objections in a future mail to you, but for now, I want you to identify them. For the next few days, write down all the questions that your leads ask you. Putting it down will help you identify: - What your leads think about the solution you offer,
- What they are scared of,
- The results they want, and many other important things
