Shakhzod Alimkhojaev is a Commercial Law graduate of Westminster International University in Tashkent with an experience in consulting clients on corporate, finance law and dispute resolution matters.

Shakhzod joined GRATA in 2021 as an intern, during his long- term internship Shakhzod gained a decent experience and knowledge in handling key business needs of clients and deep understanding of key aspects of practicing law.  

During law school, Shakhzod was a participant of a well-known international Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot competition on commercial arbitration, as well as The Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot court Competition on public international law, where he gained a hands-on experience and skills in oral advocacy and clients’ representation. 

Shakhzod is a hard-working, self- motivated and dutiful lawyer with a strong sense of commitment to our clients. While being fluent in English and Russian languages, he possesses a high-proficient command of legal writing skills.

Shakhzod is admitted to practice since 2022.

Saodat Abduvokhidova is a graduate of the Westminster International University in Tashkent (WIUT), Commercial Law Course.

During her senior year, Saodat joined GRATA International where she gained invaluable experience in contract, tax, intellectual property and corporate law. Before joining GRATA International, she also had internship in the leading Uzbek and international companies such as AKFA University and 180 Degrees Consulting. 

Saodat joined GRATA International in 2022. She is fluent in English, Russian and Uzbek.
