Oleg will be working in the Corporate law department under the supervision of Nurlan Kyshtobaev in the Bishkek office.

Oleg has graduated with honours from the International and Business Law program at the American University of Central Asia. He has undergone internships at GRATA International prior to fully joining GRATA from December 1, 2021. 

Oleg had actively participated in international legal competitions on international public law and international investment law during his bachelor’s studies like Phillip C. Jessup Moot Court Competition. He was recognized for his achievements and received a Dean’s list 2019-2020 and 2020-2021.
