We remind you that on March 17, 2022, we will be holding online-conference on Corporate governance and M&A in the countries of GRATA's presence: Belarus, Georgia, Mongolia, Russia, Uzbekistan.

The conference will be held in an online format in two panel sessions:

The moderator of the first session will be Vyacheslav Khorovskiy, Managing Partner at GRATA Moscow. The following offices will speak at the session: Belarus, Russia (Moscow, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, St.Petersburg), Uzbekistan.

The moderator of the second session will be Sofia Roinishvilli, Partner at GRATA Georgia. The following office will speak at the session: Georgia, Mongolia.

The language of the webinar is Russian and English.
