We are happy to announce and congratulate Akzhan Sargaskayeva on  her promotion to Senior Associate position.

Akzhan is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh Law School with a legal experience in consulting in the spheres of corporate law, construction and infrastructure, and contract law. 

Prior to joining GRATA International, she has practised as part of the legal teams in Kazakhstani law firms and at the Corporate Finance Advisory in the city of London, UK, where performed largely in the UK and EU Law matters. 

Akzhan has experience in providing legal support for Chinese Companies in countries of GRATA International presence. 

She is detail oriented, energetic, and hard-working with a strong sense of commitment and loyalty to the clients.

Akzhan is fluent in English and Russian languages, and possesses highly-proficient command of legal writing skills.

We are happy to announce and congratulate Aray Moldybayeva on her promotion to Senior Associate position.

Aray joined GRATA in March 2019 as an Associate of Grata Beijing Office. 

Aray holds a Master degree of WTO Economy and Law from University of International Business and Economics (China), and she is a  PhD candidate in Comparative Law.  

Aray is fluent in Chinese and English languages and has an excellent skill in balancing between the interests of the client and the Firm. 

Aray is very responsible, loyal, eager to learn and has proven herself as a trustworthy and reliable team member.
