Aruzhan has extensive experience advising foreign and local companies on legal issues related to corporate, labour and migration matters, focusing especially on the Acting Law of the AIFC. Aruzhan permanently demonstrates her professional skills while providing legal support in many M&A transactions, due diligence of companies carrying out business in various industries in Kazakhstan.
Besides the legal advice, Aruzhan supervises and mentors young lawyers. She demonstrates the necessary skills and talents to lead her team and supervise major projects of the firm. |

Ruslan is an experienced lawyer showing high competence in subsoil use and corporate matters. Ruslan shows rapid growth in his professional skills while providing legal support in many multiple major projects of the office. Akzhan is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh Law School with a legal experience in consulting in the spheres of corporate law, construction and infrastructure, and contract law.
Prior to joining GRATA International, she has practised as part of the legal teams in Kazakhstani law firms and at the Corporate Finance Advisory in the city of London, UK, where performed largely in the UK and EU Law matters. Akzhan has played a substantial role in the development of AIFC Law Pro Bono Office and contributed to the AIFC Law development during her working experience in the Legal Support Department at the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) Authority. Akzhan has experience in providing legal support for Chinese Companies in countries of GRATA International presence. She is detail oriented, energetic, and hard-working with a strong sense of commitment and loyalty to the clients. Akzhan is fluent in English and Russian languages, and possesses highly-proficient command of legal writing skills. |

Solongo will be working on corporate matters in the GRATA International Mongolia under the supervision of Bolormaa Volodya, Partner of GRATA International law firm.
Solongo has graduated from the Moscow State Law University named after O.E.Kutafin. She has undergone internships at GRATA International from March prior to fully joining GRATA in August 2021.
Solongo is known Russian in fluent level and have advanced level of English. During internship Solongo has significant experience in legal advising on corporate matters such as employment, corporate registration and taxation and drafting legal documents. |
