Elmira will be working in the Corporate law department under the supervision of Nurlan Kyshtobaev in the Bishkek office.

Elmira has graduated with honours from the International and Business Law program at the Ala-Too International University. She has undergone several internships at GRATA International prior to fully joining GRATA in 2021. 

Elmira had actively participated in international legal competitions on international public law and international investment law during her bachelor’s studies like Phillip C. Jessup Moot Court Competition and FDI Moot.

Elmira also is serving as a co-coach of Tunisian FDI team 2021.
