    On 12 November 2025, Lyazzat Zhilkibagarova, Senior Associate at GRATA International (Almaty), will speak at the EUROBAK Tax Committee webinar on the topic: “Recent Administrative Practice on Beneficial Ownership Test and MLI Application.”

      Starting from 2026, Kazakhstan will implement a new Tax Code that will reshape the taxation landscape — introducing new rates, digitalization, VAT automation, and enhanced control. Electronic invoices, online cash registers, and updated accounting requirements will become part of the new system. On 10 November 2025, the Kazakhstan Accounting Forum will take place - one of the country’s largest professional events bringing together experts in taxation and financial regulation.

        On 9–11 October 2025, the large-scale business event New Vision Forum, bringing together industry leaders from across the globe was held.

        Dmitry Samigullin, Managing Partner of GRATA International (Samara), and Samat Daumov, Partner and Director of GRATA International (Astana), spoke at the session “Building Reliable Partnerships in Business.”

        Yerzhan Yessimkhanov, Partner of GRATA International (Almaty) became one of the speakers at the leading Central Asian business forum — New Vision Forum. During the session dedicated to the impact of artificial intelligence on the professions of the future, Yerzhan, together with Stuart Lacey, CEO of the American AI company Labrynth, discussed issues of AI regulation and its influence on the labor market.

        GRATA International Turkmenistan Held Business Seminar “Why Every Business Needs a Lawyer”

        On 31 October 2025, GRATA International Turkmenistan successfully held a business seminar titled “Why Every Business Needs a Lawyer” at the “Iş Nokady” Co-working Center in Ashgabat. The event brought together over 70 participants, including entrepreneurs, company executives, and representatives of various industries. The seminar aimed to raise awareness among business professionals in Turkmenistan about the importance of legal support for sustainable business operations and risk prevention.

        Aigerim Bikmaz, Partner at GRATA International (Ankara office), Co-founder of the BETA Law Office, took part in a meeting with Mr. Mikalai Barysievich, Director General of the National Centre for Marketing of the Republic of Belarus (NCMPS). The meeting, held at the Ankara Chamber of Commerce (ATO) premises in Zafertepe, served as an introduction and a platform for discussing potential areas of cooperation between Turkey and Belarus.

        Elena Kurchuk, Counsel at GRATA International, took part in the Forbes Woman Summit business forum in Moscow. This annual event serves as a platform for discussing equality of opportunity in business and society, women's empowerment, and the support of female leadership. 

        Vladimir Komarov discussed the prospects for simplifying class action procedures in Russia at the round table of the Federation Council Committee

        A bill aimed at simplifying the procedure for filing collective lawsuits in Russian courts was presented on September 30, 2025, at a roundtable of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Building.  Vladimir Komarov, Managing Partner of GRATA International St. Petersburg, co-moderated the discussion and shared his experience in implementing digital platforms for collective claims, as well as the prospects for the development of this area.

        Galiya Mukhanbet, Counsel at GRATA International Beijing, Speaks at Qianhai Legal Forum During the 2025 Chinese-Speaking Lawyers’ Convention.

        On September 14, 2025, the Chinese-Speaking Lawyers’ Convention, the largest annual gathering of Chinese-speaking legal professionals, hosted the Qianhai Legal Forum, which focused on “Global Industrial Synergy and Innovative Cooperation in International Legal Services” and the challenges of cross-border legal collaboration.

        On October 31, the Kazakhstan Global Investment Roundtable 2025 (KGIR-2025) took place in Astana — the Republic of Kazakhstan’s key investment event, held annually under the leadership of the Prime Minister since 2017.
