Over the years, he advised both multinational and local companies on business operations in Turkmenistan, including licensing and regulatory compliance, and provided ongoing legal support to local enterprises. In 2016, he joined the Central Asia regional team of a major multinational, where he supported legal and compliance functions across the region.
