Aisanat is a highly experienced legal advisor specializing in corporate transactions, tax regulation, customs regulations, and public policy. She advises international and local corporations, financial institutions, and investors on complex cross-border matters, with a focus on M&A, corporate structuring, governance, and financial restructuring.

Nurlan Kyshtobaev is a Partner with a strong track record in the legal services industry, advising international and domestic clients on complex cross-border transactions and regulatory matters. Skilled in banking and finance, mining, capital markets, and M&A, Nurlan provides comprehensive legal support across Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, with deep insight into local regulatory frameworks and regional business practices. Elvira Maratova is a highly accomplished Partner at GRATA International, based in the GRATA Kyrgyzstan office, where she has been a driving force since 2010. Her practice extends across both Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, with a particular focus on leading the firm's Telecommunication, Media, and IT sector.

Elvira is also an experienced lawyer in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects and infrastructure, bringing invaluable expertise to complex development initiatives. She has extensive experience advising both local and foreign companies on intricate cross-border transactions.

Kamoliddin Mukhamedov

Kamoliddin Mukhamedov is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate, banking, and financial law. He advises domestic and multinational clients on complex matters involving corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution in all sectors, including banking and finance, Public-Private Partnership (PPP), mining and renewable energy.
