We would like to inform you that, as of 17 July 2025, Mai Alfalasi Advocates and Legal Consultancy (MAAF Legal) will no longer be listed as an associated office of GRATA International in the United Arab Emirates.

This mutual decision follows an internal strategic review and reflects GRATA International’s evolving approach to its presence in this important and dynamic jurisdiction.

The United Arab Emirates remains a key market for GRATA International, and we will continue supporting clients and projects in the country.

The main point of contact and official representative of GRATA International for the UAE will be Mr. Aidar Sarymsakov, Senior Partner and Member of the Global Board of GRATA International. We kindly ask you to direct all client inquiries, proposals and project-related communications concerning the UAE directly to Mr. Sarymsakov.

We remain on friendly terms with MAAF Legal (Issam and his team) and intend to stay in touch, exploring opportunities for cooperation on client matters and joint initiatives whenever appropriate.

We thank Issam and Paul for their cooperation and contribution and look forward to further collaboration in this new format. We wish them continued professional success.
