We are pleased to welcome new team members to the Ashgabat office! 

As a Senior Associate, Serdar Amanov will be instrumental in spearheading our initiatives in large-scale project legal management and international corporate engagement.

Serdar has a proven track record in Project Legal Management, notably having provided comprehensive legal support for the construction of Turkmenistan's first toll highway, "Ashgabat – Turkmenabat" (over 600 km). This involved intricate engagement from initial negotiations with state bodies and the Central Bank, through the execution of international tenders, to the finalization of contracts with contractors and consultants.

His expertise extends significantly to the Telecommunications Sector, with over four years of experience as legal counsel for Turkmenistan's sole mobile operator, "Altyn Asyr" CJSC. Serdar also possesses extensive experience in International Corporate Engagement, collaborating with major local and international companies such as CNPC, Dragon Oil (Turkmenistan) Ltd., Petronas and others. He demonstrates deep knowledge and practical experience in drafting and negotiating international supply agreements, with specialized proficiency in FIDIC and BIMCO contracts.

Serdar's extensive background and proven ability to find unconventional and effective solutions in complex legal and business situations position GRATA International to effectively support clients navigating the most challenging and strategic projects in Turkmenistan and internationally. 

We are pleased to welcome Gulenar Akmyradova as a Paralegal.

A graduate of Uludag University Faculty of Law with High Honors in Türkiye and a diploma recognition program graduate from Magtymguly Turkmen State University, she brings a strong academic foundation to our legal team.

Her background includes hands-on experience at the Turkmenbashi City Court, where she supported civil and administrative cases through client interaction, legal research, and drafting enforcement-related documents. She has also actively engaged in extracurricular legal initiatives, including her role as Assistant Manager at the Lawyers Club in Bursa and participation in Selcuk Ener Academy’s internship program. Her involvement in the VII Human Rights Moot Court further enhanced her advocacy and legal reasoning skills.

With a keen interest in commercial law and a dedication to professional growth, she joins our firm eager to contribute meaningfully to client service and legal practice. We look forward to the value she will add to our team and her continued development within our dynamic environment.
