Throughout her career, she has successfully negotiated and closed numerous high profile syndicated and bilateral lending transactions for foreign and domestic clients in a variety of business sectors. She is also well-versed in representing large international banks, private companies and State Owned Enterprises, as well as assisting in strategic deals involving the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and multilateral agencies. Her transactional works include mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, overseeing and managing the investment structuring phase, legal due diligence, to the preparation, negotiation and execution of transaction documents. She has also been entrusted with managing legal affairs of various multifinance companies on a retainer basis and advising on doing business in emerging markets, general corporate and regulatory compliance matters in natural resources and real estate sectors, demonstrating her versatility and adaptability in handling a broad spectrum of legal issues.
