Since joining the firm in 2021 as an Associate, Sultan has quickly earned the trust and respect of both colleagues and clients through his dedication, leadership, and ability to handle complex legal matters with confidence. He has advised major local and international companies, and financial institutions on a wide range of corporate law, project finance, licensing, antitrust, data protection and intellectual property law matters. His ability to adapt to complex legal challenges and deliver tailored legal solutions has been instrumental in achieving sustainable and long-term value for clients and strengthening GRATA’s reputation.

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Tamirlan Muktarov to the position of Counsel at our Kyrgyzstan office.
Over the past six years at GRATA, Tamirlan has consistently demonstrated exemplary legal expertise, a strong dedication to both the team and clients, and a commitment to achieving top-tier results. His contributions have been essential to the growth and success of our operations in Kyrgyzstan, and he has played a central role in several key projects.
Tamirlan has extensive experience in corporate, financial, and civil law, including advising on banking, finance, and M&A transactions, as well as handling dispute resolution within the Kyrgyz courts. Additionally, he has a wealth of experience working with international organizations, including banking institutions, multinational corporations, and private investors.

Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in Central Asia, teaches at the university level, and actively expands her legal and industry knowledge.
