We are pleased to announce the promotion of Dinmukhamed Almenbetov to the position of Senior Associate. Dinmukhamed has been a valued member of the GRATA team since joining in November 2023. During his time with us, he has consistently demonstrated outstanding dedication, professionalism, and growth. Dinmukhamed holds a Master of Laws degree from Maksut Narikbayev University (2024), and a Bachelor’s degree from Kazakh Ablai Khan University (2022). He specializes in corporate law, contract law, and the acting law of the AIFC. His expertise includes advising on corporate law, M&A, AIFC regulations, investment, drafting share purchase agreements, option agreements, and convertible loan agreements. Dinmukhamed has also been involved in due diligence for major companies in the electrical engineering and subsoil sectors, supporting M&A transactions, and facilitating the transfer of incorporation of holding companies from Cyprus and BVI to the AIFC.

We are also excited to announce the promotion of Diana Bektibayeva to the position of Associate. Diana has been a dedicated and hardworking member of our team since joining following a successful internship and her graduation from Maksut Narikbayev University in 2022. She supports her colleagues across various areas including the incorporation of legal entities, employment, and migration matters. Diana has consistently proven herself to be a reliable and fast-learning professional, and we are confident that she will continue to grow in her new role.

Additionally, we would like to congratulate Inzhu Bolatbek on her promotion to the position of Junior Associate. Inzhu joined our team following a successful internship and her graduation from Maksut Narikbayev University in February 2024. She has been a valuable team member, assisting her senior colleagues and gaining experience in legal entity incorporation, employment, and migration matters.
