Lola has been with GRATA since the very beginning of her career as a Junior Associate in the Banking and Finance team in 2013. She has advised major Kazakhstani and international companies and financial institutions on a wide range of corporate law, project finance, public-private partnerships (PPP), and energy law matters. She also has significant experience in financial markets regulation, financial services, derivatives, and structured finance.

Over 11 years at the Firm, Lola has established herself as a trusted partner for both colleagues and clients. Given the opportunity to grow within GRATA, Lola has built her own practice, recruited a talented team, and implemented marketing programs, with the full support of her colleagues.
