- You will play a key role in supporting our corporate and commercial transactions
- You will draft and review legal documents, conduct due diligence, and assist with deal negotiations
- You will be involved in a variety of exciting projects, working alongside a dynamic and experienced team

- Graduation from a US/UK law school or significant common law experience
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
- At least 3 years of proven experience in corporate/commercial law
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai and work from our physical office
