Dilorom leads the Corporate Practice in the Uzbekistan office of GRATA International. Dilorom’s team consists of nine young and motivated legal professionals, including Senior Associates, Associates and Junior Associates. Dilorom and her team handle complex M&A transactions, legal due diligence, company registration, employment matters, daily interactions with government agencies, negotiations with Government authorities, IP matters, etc.
