MAAF Legal was set up in 2018 as a sole proprietorship (firm) with a professional license to carry out the business of advocacy and legal consultancy in the Emirate of Dubai by its founder, Ms. Mai Alfalasi. The firm has grown and established solid practices in Corporate and M&A, Commercial, Banking law, Project finance and Real Estate.
